[NEW] tripwire

I started to make a package for it, but then got distracted.I will probably just install from source (the install process does initial setup too, so it is a bit of a pain in the butt to package). Still, it would be great if arch had this packaged.

Maybe if I get undistracted, I will take another stab at packaging it.

EDIT: Anyone know of other tripwire like system file checker utils?

Built if based of a source rpm tarball I found. lol..yay!

Ok. Done. It is in the aur, my pkgbuilds, and the binary is in my personal repo.
