XFCE sound

I decided to install XFCE on my computer and I got the multimedia buttons working, but there is no sound coming out. Any thoughts?

Re: XFCE sound

I've also solved this issue on my computer by going to 'alsamixer' in the terminal, and increasing the volume (sets by default at 0).
