Slow video playback in fullscreen mode after upgrade to Totem 3.2

Dear Arch users,

well, as the title already indicates: Since I have upgraded from GNOME 3 to GNOME 3.2 (and now 3.2.1) a few weeks ago, I notice that Totem video player behaves rather odd. Whenever I watch a video in fullscreen mode, visual playback becomes kind of slow, stuttering and choppy. Furthermore, the sound seems to be offset to the video playback by a few milliseconds. Video playback in window mode works just fine, and so does the fullscreen mode in 3.0.1, to which I have downgraded now for testing purposes.

Since I haven't noticed any difference between the two versions besides the performance issue, I might as well go with 3.0.1 for now. I'd still like to know whats causing this problem and if anyone else is affected.

I'm running Arch Linux x86_64 with GNOME 3.2.1 and GNOME Shell on an Acer Aspire 1810T (11,6" Display | Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 1,3 GHz | 4 GB RAM | 320 GB HDD | Intel GMA 4500MHD).
