ufraw 0.18.2

I recently upgraded to gimp-ufraw--0.18-2-i686 and Gimp stopped showing Nikon RAW (NEF) files in its directories. I have now downgraded to version 0.18-1 and all is well again. I don't know if this is a bug or whether its on the ufraw side or the Arch Linux side. I have posted a query on the ufraw sourceforge site.

Re: ufraw 0.18.2

The main difference between 0.18-1 and 0.18-2 is that it was rebuilt against exiv2 0.22.  What's the output of 'pacman -Qi exiv2' ?

Ah, I see I have 0.21. I'm still a bit new to Arch Linux. I suppose I need to install the new version.

Re: ufraw 0.18.2

Thanks for the info BTW Snowman.

Should this new package not automatically include exiv2 0.22 as a dependency?

Re: ufraw 0.18.2

That's the reason you should use pacman -Syu when installing a new package.
