Openshot - graphical glitches

Hello there,

I have some problems with Openshot in GNOME3. Actually, I wasn't even able to launch it in the beginning, but it doesn't matter because I've fixed it recompiling MLT.
First of all, there are a few lacks of things as you can see here:

Although it can be "solved" by going over the missing items, they disappear after some time again. I'm not saying it's a huge problem, however it's really disturbing.
The second problem is in the video preview. Playing videos is maybe twice as fast. There is an option to adjust the speed, but it only results in lagging of the preview. Generally, tools like slider below, or resizing, cutting aren't working right.

I thought it could be in gtk3, but till they don't rewrite it, what editor should I use instead? All others have similar problems, or are just not usable for me like Cinelerra. Pitivi is somehow slow in the preview, and I don't know why.

Any ideas?
