Device descriptor error

When I'm booting up, after the udev events part of the start-up scripts start, this error keeps popping up:

usb 1-6: device descriptor read/64, error -110

The only thing I have connected via USB is a USB mouse, and unplugging/replugging it makes it work again.
This has only happened with the newest kernel, so I think it may just be an issue with that.

Even so, what is this? Is there some way to make this not happen (whatever it is)?
