Full featured web-client for mpd

I'm looking for some good full featured web-based client for mpd management and listening music, using my already installed Apache server.
It should be something like subsonic, but without built-in web-server, because I want to use my Apache.

Currently I use GMPC (desktop app) but it can only manage mpd without option to listen music through it, and I have to use another player to play stream from mpd.

May be "client175" would be nice enough?! What do you think?
