Weird problems after update last month

Hey fellas,

I'm confronted with a row of problems which occoured during
an update I did about one month ago.

1) Arch hangs during start of X. I can't do anything about it cause
I can't switch to another tty or anything else..
I got an Nvidia 9600GT with the latest nvidia package.

2) gpg-agent refuse to work with ssh anymore. I cleared my .gnupg
and did a 'ssh-add' without any luck:

% ssh-add
gpg-agent[2574]: ssh handler 0x25c55c0 for fd 7 started
Enter passphrase for /home/b52/.ssh/id_rsa:
gpg-agent[2574]: received ssh request of length 1858
gpg-agent[2574]: ssh request handler for add_identity (17) started
gpg-agent[2574]: starting a new PIN Entry
gpg-agent[2574]: ssh request handler for add_identity (17) ready
gpg-agent[2574]: sending ssh response of length 1
SSH_AGENT_FAILURE
Could not add identity: /home/b52/.ssh/id_rsa
gpg-agent[2574]: ssh handler 0x25c55c0 for fd 7 terminated

Hope someone can help me hmm

srsly?

Re: Weird problems after update last month

About the X 'hangup';

Can you post your logs please? (Xorg.log and possibly errors.log and kernel.log?)
Also have you tried to create Xorg configuration files, specific for your system?

And boot into single user mode first.
