[SOLVED] How to maintain out of date package phpstorm-eap.

Hello.

I'm new in package building and I'd love to keep maintain phpstorm-eap package, which is quite out dated. I wrote to it's current maintainer, but as I assume from his email address (spam305-2004@yahoo.de) I doubt message will reach him.

What are other options here to become maintaner of that package? I would not want to submit duplicate.
