BBS Header

I have a FluxBB forum and I'd like to know how to get the header like it's here, with the logo on the left and links on the right. I really like it.
Would it be possible to share this knowledge, archbros? Greatly appreciated!

Look in projects.archlinux.org, all the website code is in there somewhere.
