BBC Flash video keeps freezing

Usually about 5-10 seconds into any video on the BBC news website the video freezes.  The progress bar continues to move as if it is playing.  Sometimes not going fullscreen helps - but not always.

My mms.cfg:

EnableLinuxHWVideoDecode=1
OverrideGPUValidation=true

My GPU is Nvidia and I've tried in two different browsers with the same results - Chrome & Firefox
