Error while upgrading packages

I installed Arch first time and after successful installation when I run this command to upgrade "pacman -Syu". It downloaded all the packages but after that it threw error message saying this

error:failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
initscripts: /etc/profile.d/locale.sh exists in the filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

As I'm new to it, please help me what all this means and how to come over it?

Re: Error while upgrading packages

Please read the front page news: http://www.archlinux.org/news/initscrip … -required/

It's a good idea to search the forums for e.g. the error message, to see if anyone bumped into the same issue: "initscripts: /etc/profile.d/locale.sh exists in the filesystem":
