[REQUEST] Gstreamer Entrans

A set of plugins for Gstreamer transcoding and recording purposes. It is somewhat a pity GEntrans is not in the gstreamer-plugin group. I seldom use it, in particular the ``stamp'' plugin helps a lot for syncing audio/video streams.

I've uploaded the PKGBUILD here. I tested the program, and it worked. Let me know about any issues with the package, though.
