Volume up doesn't work after it's been down to 0%

Hello!
I have this keybinding config in IceWM:

key "Alt+Up" amixer -qc 0 sset Master 3dB+ unmute
key "Alt+Down" amixer -qc 0 sset Master 3dB- unmute

Today I got new Creative Audigy SE. Everything works except that after I decrease volume to 0% with Alt+⇩ I can't set it any higher with Alt+⇧. I have to start GUI mixer and use mouse for it. It worked perfectly with onboard sound card before though. What am I doing wrong? It has "unmute" option in the command.
