Shell theme is disabled in Gnome Tweak Tool

Hi all!

This is really a dumb problem since when I installed Arch last week, Gnome tweak tool correctly allowed me to select my Shell Themes.
At the present, I can't see my Shell themes listed in the Theme option of Gnome Tweak Tool. It appears disabled and an exclamation mark symbol next to it.

I've tried all the obvious steps already: move my themes to ~/.themes, move them to /usr/share/themes, restart G shell, reboot system, reinstall gnome shell "User Themes Extension", etc.. but still no progress.

Could someone give me a hand? Thanks.
