I'm using the version from the community repo. Maybe there's some difference between their configurations? Try to set them manually by typing

:set recolor_lightcolor #002b37

and see if it gives any error. You can also try to type :set and hit Tab to see the available options.

I've installed the community one too...it works fine now....do you know where i can found a full list of the options and configurations?

Why not just check the man page for zathura? That, Google, and just looking at some sample .zathurarc files was enough.

My first screenshot contribution

Openbox with Tint2 tray, and that's about it. May add conky later, but this is my work desktop so I hardly see the background anyway.

Which config? Maybe my herbstluftwm-autostart or the panel.sh?

This is Fluxbox with tint2.
I have tint2's background set fully transparent, and the Fluxbox theme is just black, at 128 transparency to match my '-tr -sh 50' urxvt settings.
Font is URW Gothic L.

Snappy and still looks good ^^
