Well, its the same Xdefaults I've been using, I just started evaluating ~/.dir_colors (thanks to seeing it in one of your shots) to bring them more to life.
Nice change of pace from the regular permission/type colors.

I think I just have to make a new /usr/share/vim/vim**/syntax/zsh.vim file because ft=sh always looks better in vim themes,
but I like to script in zsh [which has boring syntax coloring by default].

It is your scheme and I love it. Thank you for posting it. I was looking through the Terminal scheme posts, looking for ideas on doing my own and found yours and thought it fit perfectly.
