USB 3.0 not working -sort of-

Hi all,
after yesterday kernel upgrade (3.1.4-1-ARCH) my usb 3.0 ports were finally working properly, now after rebooting they don't work anymore unless i rmmod and modprobe xhci_hcd every time i plug in a device. here is my dmesg http://codepad.org/Jd0VTAYp, here's lsusb http://codepad.org/Tg0sSlS8 (one port 3.0 port is recognised as a 2.0) here's lspci | grep -i usb http://codepad.org/jBkL7XJf and lsmod http://codepad.org/avyUt2eG , having only 2 usb 3.0 ports out of 3 usb ports it's a bit painful, any help is greatly appreciated
