I am facing some troubles when i try to start X in my notebook, the screen goes all crazy and i need to restart the computer. My system is up to date, installed Xorg, xorg-xinit and xorg-xterm as i always do, but nothing works, and i dont know how i can run X as a "failsafe" version like VGA, if this is even possible.
What should i do? How do i get my video card specs to post here?
Thx in advance and sorry for my bad english =P
Edit:
I just had to install nvidia package at extra repository! Thx Guys!

lspci will give you details about your video card. What driver did you install? And have you checked your X log for clues?

The log files are empty, i installed all the xorg packages, so i think i installed all the drivers. My video card is: GeForce G210M! Thank you for replying.

To verify if you have the correct driver installed:
# pacman -Qq | grep nvidia

Edit your first post with edit on lower edge of post and add solved to title line.
