Arch install causes pendrive "broken"

My hdd was broken and tryed install Arch in my pendrive (4gb), i can get parteded it , but, in install, i get one error (i dont remember which was), and now, i cant format or whirite anything in my pendrive, i get the error "Failed to change the permissions of "pacman". Error setting permissions: Read-only file system" (user root or normal), the pendrive dont have a swich

Hi!

I'm not sure, but I think I experienced the same problem! Remove the pendrive, install gparted and dosfstools (if you want to create a fat32 fs) and start gparted (sudo gparted). Then plug in the pendrive. Reload all filesystems and select your pendrive. Create a new partitiontable. Now you should be able to create a new partition (for example fat32)...

Thats the problem, the pendrive have some partitions, and i cant manage (delete, resize, etc) anything, look this screenshot.
