Configuring many soundcards with pulseaudio

I would like to configure my Skype to work with PULSEAUDIO. I have 2 sound cards (and additionally microphone in Logitech webcam, but not used). The CMI8738 is main audio card and VIA 8235 is second used only for Skype (speakers + microphone). Using plain ALSA there is no problem - in Skype settings I can set VIA 8235 for microphone, VIA 8235 for headphones and default (in this case CMI8738) for ringer. But with PULSEAUDIO installed I have no options to choose - in microphone, speakers as well as ringer I can see only: PulseAudio server (local). So my question is - how to set it up to have microphone and speakers using VIA 8235 and ringer CMI8738 ?
