Desktop artifacts on KDE with Ati 6950 [SOLVED]

I really can't solve this one. I got this strange artifacts on desktop.
Configuration:
Saphire 6950 2GB
Open Source driver
I use Kwin and effects, but also when i turn them down artifacts exists.
I used this to lover temperature of the graphic card: echo low > /sys/class/drm/card0/device/power_profile
Also a note, artifact also existed before i put power profile to low.

But no solution.

Also when i log out and log in all is OK.

Solution for this that you install xf86-video-ati-git form AUR.
