Harmattan SDK

Because we already have Qt and QtCreator in official repos and when you try to install Qt SDK via their installer you must install Qt Creator and some other duplicated stuff. So i was thinking to create package just for Harmattan part. The only problem is that i don't know how to do it, but i have will to do it. If someone can help me, i would maintain package and take care of it.
