Unable to use iPod Touch within GtkPod or other programs

Hello,
I've read the wiki guide at https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/IPod , I'm following the section titled: "The iFuse Way - iPhone OS 3.x and 4.x",
after that I'm still unable to get my iPod Touch working, GtkPod doesn't do anything when the "Load iPod" button is pressed, I've tried other programs recommended on the bottom of the iPod wiki page, non work, I can mount the iPod with ifuse and read & write to it.
What should I do?

Think your problem is ios 5.0.1 - try libimobiledevice-git from AUR.

I've got iOS 4, also would GtkPod need the services of libimobiledevice after mounting via ifuse?
