I have file-roller 3.2.2 installed and I am unable to create/edit zip files.
I can with ark or xarchiver.
The error I get is this one:
An error occurred while adding files to the archive.
Command Line Ouput
7-Zip [64] 9.20 Copyright (c) 1999-2010 Igor Pavlov 2010-11-18
p7zip Version 9.20 (locale=en_GB.utf8,Utf16=on,HugeFiles=on,4 CPUs)
Scanning
Creating archive /home/adria/file.zip
Any ideas?
Thanks

Do you have zip installed? It's an optional dependency - creates PKZIP-compatible .zip files.

Yes, I have it installed. I have plenty of packages which should make it work
$ pacman -Qsq zip
bzip2
gzip
lib32-bzip2
lib32-zlib
p7zip
perl
unzip
zip
zlib
zziplib

I managed to solve it, but don't know exactly how. I deleted dconf from .config, I can now create ZIP files...

Alternate solution
$ dconf reset /org/gnome/file-roller/general/compression-level
or
# pacman -Rsn p7zip
# pacman -S zip
