Hi folks, really not sure if it belongs here but it seems the best location...
this is output of installing courier-imap
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(3/3) upgrading courier-imap [##############################################] 100%
Please migrate to the new daemon format:
/etc/rc.d/courier-imap has been split into separate daemons:
imapd, imads-ssl, pop3d, pop3d-ssl
This elimates the need for /etc/conf.d/courier-imap
Update your /etc/rc.conf and manually add the desired daemons. Make sure
you first start authdaemond before any other of these daemons.
Example prior to this change:
DAEMONS=( ... courier-imap ...)
Example after this change:
DAEMONS=( ... authdaemond imapd imapd-ssl pop3d pop3d-ssl ... )
This allows better control over the daemons and will generate
correct entries in /run/daemons
An old configuration will keep working but please do migrate in time
as support for this will be removed some time in 2012.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
bold one should be imapd-ssl
