[SOLVED] file conflicts during system update (pacman -Syu)

I have tried a complete system update with pacman -Syu. But I got conflicting files.

  (594/594) checking for file conflicts
  error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
  filesystem: /etc/mtab exists in filesystem
  initscripts: /etc/profile.d/locale.sh exists in filesystem
  Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

How can I resolve these conflicts?

@Mektub: Thanks for the hint. Since I have currently only restricted access to the internet, I don't do the update now. I will retry within the next week.
