[SOLVED] [ 43.818902] Power down.

All of the sudden on the very end when shutting down my laptop gives the following message:  "[  43.818902] Power down." and my laptop starts blowing air.

Does any one know whats happening? I would realy like to be a able to shutdown my laptop! Did something brake?

Try to add to /etc/rc.local.shutdown:

rmmod ehci_hcd

Somehow the problem resolved itself. I wish i knew what happened and why?
