hello archers, from boot till i log into X i can access ttys form 1 to 6 but after i log into X ttys became just blackscreens, why?
tty are decommented in inittab

Can you post your inittab just so everyone can be on the same page? How do you start x, login manager, startx, etc?

i have slim as login manager and i start awesomewm from .xinitrc

Nothing looks out of place, except the slim line syntax is unfamiliar to me. Where you have
x:5:respawn:/usr/bin/slim >& /dev/null
I have
x:5:respawn:/usr/bin/slim >/dev/null 2>&1
Perhaps yours is a redirection syntax I'm not familiar with, but it's not clear to me what that should do. If slim output isn't properly redirected I imagine it *might* be possible that this is interfering with other processes. But that's a real shot in the dark.
EDIT: This is likely just my ignorance - changing my slim line to match yours does not replicate the problem. Scratch this idea.

i read is some topics that the problem may be caused by video driver, but i'm trying chakra-linux right now, it uses the same drivers but tty does works...
