Gnome 3 change touchpad configuration/

Hi!
I set my /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-synaptics.conf.. so i reboot and my touchpad works as i want until i login with my GDM...
i have no idea.. someone can help me?

gnome overwrites X settings. Just set up the touchpad from System Settings
