Every Linux screen locker broken by a keypress

For those of you who haven't read this already, a recent change in Xorg (probably unknowingly) effectively broke every screen locking application for Linux.

The current thread is actually useful because of seclist.org reference.

I tried to find AllowDeactivateGrabs option in man xorg.conf and... there isn't any. Was it removed?
