Cannot install lablgtk2

I'd like to install frama-c, and because it needs lablgtk2, I install it first.
I then get this:

is there any way to address this issue?

Have you properly merged pacnew files after the pacman 4 update? Post your pacman.conf.

Yes, I already updated my pacman.conf 3 days ago.
I just ran "pacman-key --init" several times, and after that I could install lablgtk2.
Strange, but it worked.
