No idea where you get that patch, but this is not from our repos. The md5sum of the patch is different. So there is your problem.

Yeah I had the same problem. What I did was getting it from here instead: http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/g … 7977a3cccc
Not really the best, but at least you get the file as you should.
