I installed Arch yesterday witch brand new KDE (64 bit), and I have small problem
By default there are 2 launcher icons in taskbar (konqueror and dolphin). I don't use them so I deleted them but they keep coming back. Everytime I log in or sometimes even change desktop settings they show up again. There is no problem with file permission in .kde folder and there are no old settings from previous KDE (everything is installed from scratch)
It's not big but it's annoying. Got any ideas?

Delete those in the config file. Check for
[Containments][**][Applets][**][Configuration][Launchers]
in ~/.kde4/share/config/plasma-desktop-appletsrc

I experience the same issue. Found an upstream bug link at https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=288985
