alsa: channels messed up

Only yesterday I realised that alsamixer does not show anymore 'Input Source' and 'External/Internal mic channels separated (there are 2 channels Internal Mic which mouve together). I don't know since when this happened exactly, 2-3 months ago it was ok. Tried downgrading alsa* to 1.0.24.2-3 but with no results.

Laptop Toshiba A10-1LT

aplay -l
**** List of PLAYBACK Hardware Devices ****
card 0: Intel [HDA Intel], device 0: ALC268 Analog [ALC268 Analog]
  Subdevices: 1/1
  Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
cat /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf
alias snd-card-0 snd-hda-intel
alias sound-slot-0 snd-hda-intel
options snd-cmipci mpu_port=0x330 fm_port=0x388
#options snd-hda-intel enable=1 index=0 model=basic
#options snd-hda-intel index=0 model=toshiba position_fix=1
options snd-hda-intel index=0 model=toshiba
#options snd-hda-intel enable_msi=1

Thanks for any help in advance.
