Error running sensors-detect[SOLVED]

Hey all,

I was trying to install the lm_sensors and get it up and running with the instructions from the Wiki, but when I run sensors-detect, I get this error:

Can't locate strict.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.7/i686-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.7 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.7/i686-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.7 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.6/i686-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.6 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at /usr/sbin/sensors-detect line 31.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/sbin/sensors-detect line 31.

Now, I have used this before without issue, but this time it gave me that.

Any ideas?

Well, I just reinstalled and it appears to still be broke.

Any idea when this will be fixed.

It works for me.
Do you have perl 5.8.7 installed ?

I just reinstalled Arch, so its what ever the setup installed. I also installed KDE (lm_sensors is one of KDE's deps).

I checked the file system and the files exist, so maybe it is a broken lm_sensors problem. I am going to download lm sensors from their site to see if that fixes it.

Ok, problem solved. All I did was reinstall perl and it fixed up everything...
