Hello,
in my fstab I have a line linking /dev/discs/disc1 to /mnt/usb
It has worked so far even when I switched to udev.
Since the upgrade it stopped working and disc1 doesn't appear when I plug in my usb-drive.
I solved it by adding usb_storage to the modules array in rc.conf.
But it was still odd and I'm not sure if it's a bug or something I did wrong.
anyone knows what's this all about?

I just noticed that Judd has posted another upgrade to udev (udev 060-2) so maybe this will fix some of these problems. It might not be available on all mirrors just yet, as it was only posted a few minutes ago.
BTW: the previous upgrade broke some of my USB stuff.
Edit: hmmm... guess another 'oops' happened because here we are only a few hours later and now udev 060-3 has just been posted.

I also noticed usb mouse became unstable. Had to re-configure X after each booting. Haven't yet tested the new udev upgrade.

udev-2/-3 should fix the trouble

doesn't quite work as it used to...
I have several lines like
BUS="usb", SYSFS{serial}="MY34F1K1477A", NAME="%k", SYMLINK="hp5150"
BUS="scsi", SYSFS{model}="QV DigitalCamera", KERNEL="sd?1", NAME="%k", SYMLINK="exilim"
BUS="scsi", SYSFS{model}="STORAGE DEVICE*", KERNEL="sd?1", NAME="%k", SYMLINK="usbstick"
the hp5150 device is created, but the exilim and usbstick devices aren't - when I plug those in, an sdX and sdX1 device is created, but not the symlink
Yesterday, before I did a sys upgrade (so before udev got updated), this worked fine.
I'm using udev 060-3

looks like that are rules that you defined on your own, please have a look at udev documentation, could be they changed something.
