rtl8188ce wlan0/wifi slow x120e

My wifi is working but the connection allows more traffic as i can reach currently with my arch.
With other OS ( ubuntu, win7 ) i can reach that maximum.

What are the factors that influences this traffic maximum?
Only the underlying driver for the hardware?

lspci #listing hardware interfaces
04:00.0 Network controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8188CE 802.11b/g/n WiFi Adapter (rev 01)
pacman -Qs rtl #search for currently installed driver
local/rtl8192 0005.1230.2011-2
Driver for Realtek 8192CE/DE/SE PCI wireless chipsets.

This is the driver I use now.
I've got a Thinkpad x120e.

I've also read post: RTL8188CE Issues, with advice using only kernel drivers or
completly blacklist kernel drivers and use load the newest one from REALTEKs site, witch I've (think) installed.

So how do i check from a driver if its kernel-driver or the other one?
Is the kernel one some basic implementation of the standardized part of the hardware?
If I installed the one from REALTEKs site, how do I get ARCH to load only that driver? ( i know how to blacklist )
