Have fedora and w7 in others discs.
when boot i have this message:

I install ntfs-3g, and this is my fstab:

tmpfs        /tmp    tmpfs    nodev,nosuid    0    0
LABEL=HomeArch /home ext4 defaults 0 1
LABEL=Root / ext4 defaults 0 1
LABEL=Swap swap swap defaults 0 0
LABEL=Var /var ext4 defaults 0 1
/dev/sdb3       /media/Torrent         ext4   user,auto      0 0
/dev/sdb2       /media/Almacén_W7      ntfs-3g   user,noauto       0 0
/dev/sdd3       /media/Almacén_Linux   ext4   user,auto      0 0

Re: sometimes boot, sometimes not

The only slightly odd thing I can see in your config is the accented 'é' letter in your ntfs folder name. I've had all kinds of trouble because of non-english characters, so now I only use those where it matters. I'd try to rename it for testing purposes, to use only english characters (for example replace 'é' with 'e') and see what happens. Because other than that, there's nothing wrong with your config, everything seems to be correct.

Running arch is like raising a puppy - if you spend a bit of time with it each day and do just a bit of training you'll end up with the most loyal partner you could want; if you lock it in a room and don't check on if for several days, it'll tear apart your stuff and poop everywhere.

...And your bootloader config looks like what? Presumably you're trying to use root=/dev/sdxy which is why it fails. Switching to root=LABEL=Root would fix this.
