[SOLVED] Awn xfce help

Hey guys i read the wiki on awn on installing it ive installed it just fine but when i run it on my xfce desktop it doesnt let me enable 3d effects it looks ugly and flat but when it runs on gnome3 it looks fine i dont want to use gnome3 though i dont like it very much has anyone ever had this issure in xfce4 at all Im new to all this stuff so i may have done something wrong dno what thanks in return

Have you enabled composition in xfce?

OMG man im sorry im an idiot lol thats what it was the whole time haha thanks so much i was about ready to throw my damn laptop at the wall lol but that is not the arch way im sure haha thank you
