telepathy-kde notification and command start problem

hi guys

1.
I use gtalk under telepathy-kde ，I join in a gtalk goupe
sometimes there are too many notifications popup from the kde status bar
I changed the notification center make all incomming message disabled

Is there anyway to disable notification for one of gtalk groups ？

2.
I close the telepathy-kde-connectlist ,I hope can start it from terminal
if start it use command :telepathy-kde-contactlist
it will start a new session ,not last login session

I look up the exec from the  /usr/share/applications/kde4/telepathy-kde-contactlist.desktop

    Exec=telepathy-kde-contactlist %u

I couldn't find the  %u from the help info, what is %u meaning ?
