Video always on top in Gnome3

Hello,

I installed Arch on a virtual box. I have installed once with KDE and once with Gnome. When using gnome all video's that I play and also when running a game like nibbles, the 'active' screen stays on top all the time. The menu's and borders react as they should, only the video part is always on top. In KDE all seems normal.

Can anyone help me prevent this?

Oke, i've found out that there is no problem while using Banshee. So the screen is always on top playing nibbles and using Totem Movie Player.
Is there someone who knows what might be wrong?
