Can't register on the arch bugtracker

Hi. I picked this forum because I did not know where else to put this topic

I can't register on the bugtacker. I have tried a month ago, and now again. Is it because I use email? I just got the "your  code will be sent to you" message after finishing up with the registration form fields.
