[SOLVED] No ethernet or wireless with update to 3.2.9-1-ARCH

Running Arch XFCE with WICD.  Updated to 3.2.9-1 and now - no ethernet or wireless.  lsmod shows b43 loaded.  When booting, I added "irqpoll" to the kernel line in Grub - then ethernet works.  Any ideas please?

No suggestions, but things that might be of use...
Output of lspci -nn    (that is two n's, not m)
If you could but your boot logs up on pastebin and provide a link.

Temporarily downgraded to 3.2.8 - ethernet and wireless works fine.  Today, I updated to 3.2.11-1-ARCH - ethernet and wireless work!
