[usb_modeswitch] Problem connecting my Huawei E173

Hello Everyone,

I bought an Huawei E173 3G usb pen to use with my netbook when I'm not at home but I've found some problems with the connection of this one with Arch Linux.

The only way for the E173 to work properly is to put it in the computer and then boot Arch Linux (if I suspend, or even remove the 3g pen it becames nearly impossiblie to connect again).

Some useful information :
lsusb (when working) --> Bus 001 Device 009: ID 12d1:1c05 Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.
lsusb (when not working) --> Bus 001 Device 009: ID 12d1:1c0b Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.

I've found this line on the /lib/udev/rules.d/40-usb_modeswitch.rules :

# Huawei E173
ATTRS{idVendor}=="12d1", ATTRS{idProduct}=="1557", RUN+="usb_modeswitch '%b/%k'"

# Huawei E173s
ATTRS{idVendor}=="12d1", ATTRS{idProduct}=="1c0b", RUN+="usb_modeswitch '%b/%k'"

When the E173 is connected the Vendor ID is 12d1 and the Product ID 1c0b, and the E173 isn't found by Network Manager, then the Product ID changes to 1c05, only after that Network Manager detectes the USB and I can connect.

The problem is that, after disconnecting or suspending (or even when I connect on my USB3.0 port on my netbook), the Product ID stay's at 1c0b and I can't connect at all... not even "sudo usb_modeswitch -v 12d1 -p 1c0b -R" helps.

Sometimes when I connect the E173 and the switch is done, my screen turns black with text on it showing a sort of "kernel panic".. I just have to touch one key and I can use normaly my system... this is what it shows :
