gtk3-overlay-scrollbar + howto enable it?

Hi, I'm new arch user and I have spend lots of time just reading wiki... I have spend lot of time, just reading your perfect wiki... But I have not found a way to enable one AUR package... I have install this package:
http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=50116

But, how I can enable it? I have still gnome 3 huge scrollbars... I like this scrollbar, because I have use Ubuntu before...

Read this wiki article and install gtk3-ubuntu.
Your package has benn flagged out of date.

Well I have installed gtk3-ubuntu. But "This package has been flagged out of date." was new information... I don't know how I can miss it.. Maybe I was too tired, but thanks anyway...
