I'm having some issues with TS3, it crashes as soon as i connect to a server. I manage to connect and hear the voice say "connected" but a split second after that it crashes. The error message only pops up so brief i had to record my screen to be able to read it. The popup error said:
The configured capture device was not found.
Instead using: Default
Press OK to apply the changes or press Setup to change the configuration manually.
I don't plan on using a mic at the moment (broken), and i can't seem to figure out what's wrong. In the capture settings I've selected ALSA as the sound device, and I've selected "push to speak" and I've muted the mic, but i still can't connect.

Edit II:
Okay looking at the error i figured it had something to do with pulseaudio, but i wasn't sure if installing it would conflict with ALSA. But i installed it anyways, and i also installed pulseaudio-alsa and now it works perfectly. So yeah, problem solved.

i have that same problem.
my TeamSpeak 3 client is not connecting to any server. it happens since few days for me. in past was working correctly. i have installed pulseaudio + alsa like in post of man above. still not working. any ideas what happened?
