Touchpad can not be (double-)clicked

I can move cursor with my touchpad. But I can not (double-)click the touchpad. There is no touchpad tab in the "Mouse and touchpad settings".
According to the wiki, I install xf86-input-synaptics and then ... even can't move ! (touchpad can't work at all)
I check /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-evdev.conf , there are following lines  that are similar with those in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-synaptics.conf

...
Section "InputClass"
...
Driver "evdev"
...

in 10-synaptics.conf the Driver is "synaptics". I don't know if it matters.

Touchpad Synaptics wiki article

You're probably looking for the "TapButton" config entries.
