btrfs-progs including btrfsck just hit [testing]

Just wanted to let btrfs-keen users know that btrfsck is now available packaged in btrfs-progs which reside in [testing] now thanks to Tom G.  I took the liberty of updating the wiki page.  The troubleshooting section is now in need of modernization.
