Suspend breake recording in ALSA

Each time I suspend (hibernation doesn't work, anyway) I can no longer record through mic, for example Skype works fine before, but after resume there is no recording at all. It is not quite, or mute, it's just like there is no recording device at all.

And before some suggest switching to Pulse: I have to use ALSA.
